William Glenn, Jr. ("Bill aka Butch") was called home unexpectedly on July 12, 2013. Bill was born on July 26, 1953 in the Bronx, New York to William Glenn, Sr. ("Lefty") and Lillian Bradshaw Glenn. He attended William Howard Taft High School in the Bronx and Brooklyn College.

A lover of music, Bill enjoyed attending concerts and music festivals in New York City, as well as other states. For many years he could often be found at the Jazz Mobile at Grant's Tomb on Wednesdays and the annual African Arts Festival in Brooklyn.
Bill gave his life to Christ and regularly attended services at the Christian Cultural Center in Brooklyn.
