Haynesworth, Jerome ("Jerry" & "Rome") - Peacefully passed at Lincoln Medical Center in the Bronx on April 4th, 2012 at the age of 54 years. Jerome Haynesworth was predeceased by his son Randell "Roc" and 2 brothers Raymond and Frank. He is survived and will be deeply missed by his mother, brothers, children and grandchildren. Also remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends too numerous to name.
