Haynesworth, Frank Jesse - Peacefully passed away at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York on January 16th, 2012 at the age of 58 years. He leaves to cherish his memories, his children, mother, brothers and a host of relative and friends too numerous to name.
